Fuel Type: Diesel

he forward owner’s stateroom has a chain locker forward with hawse pipe to deck for chain lead. There’s a large 7’ V-berth with insert, and storage beneath. There’s plenty of storage with (2) lockers, a hanging locker, drawers and shelves. (The lockers are lined to eliminate condensation and add to a well finished look.). Surrounding each flat surface is a riser, gently rounded at the corners, to secure objects placed there. Also there is private access to the head, which features a vanity with sink and storage below, head with large shower area, and numerous lockers and small cabinets.

The main salon features an L-shaped settee to port (that converts to a double berth) with storage lockers with louvered doors and shelves outboard and above. The bulkhead-mounted table has a large drop-leaf expanding to an impressive dining table (also with gently rounded risers around the edge). There’s custom cabinetry to store wine bottles, dishes, etc. against the bulkhead that is concealed when the table is folded up – which opens up generous floorspace. To starboard, there’s a straight settee with lockers outboard and above. The starboard clothes locker has been reduced for a counter top for a very nice size TV with DVD.  There are bulkhead-mounted reading lights with swivels. The opening hatch above, and large opening ports make her bright and well-ventilated, and the 6’4” headroom creates a sense of openness.

The U-shaped galley is to port. It’s well-equipped with everything you’ll need to do real cooking. Even the trash in its place, in the lazarette accessed by a pass-thru hatch. (More details below.) The nav. station is opposite to starboard with plenty of room for the electronics, and a good-sized, well-lit chart table, and a bench that swings out from beneath. The starboard aft guest cabin features a queen berth (6’6” x 5’), a good changing area, reading lamps, storage locker and shelves. There’s a wet locker at the foot of the companionway, and the insulated engine compartment is aft of the companionway.

This magnificent sailing yacht is maybe the most maneuverable – easier to control, and therefore safer. (And a yacht that makes her owner look good!)Self-vanging and self-tacking camber spar jib, lazy jacks for easy handling of sails, single-line reefing allows reef to be made from the safety of the cockpit in 25 seconds! The unstayed Carbon Fiber mast also frees the deck and hull of cumbersome rigging and compressive loading, and reduces the weight aloft – therefore increasing stability.
