Deck & Hull
This boat has gorgeous lines, a beautiful Carolina-flared bow and an overbuilt hand-laid fiberglass hull. (Advertised as “nearly indestructible”) The hull is designed to take on brutal head seas with comfort and confidence, and let you fish safely on days when other boats are stuck at the dock.
The foredeck is flush with a moderate crown leading aft to the open helm area with a hard-top. Wide sidedecks with a slight crown and rolling sheerline running aft down to the cockpit gunwales.
The helm area has the steering station to starboard, with stainless steel dash-mounted wheel, full instrument panel and electronics. Pompanette Captain’s and Mate’s pedestal chairs, starboard and port. Stowage compartment to port. Cushioned bench seats aft on either side, with stowage under. Curtain enclosure for entire helm area with a hard top cover. The sole lifts for excellent access to the engine compartment.
The half-tower is aluminum construction, with steering station with engine controls and stainless steel wheel. Bench seat behind steering console. Safety rails on sides and back, and removable buggy top overhead.
The wide open cockpit has plenty of room for comfortable fishing. The gunwales are the width of the sidedecks, and the right height for gaffing or tagging. There are cockpit coaming pads, huge fishboxes, and well-designed bait station.
